Holding an event at Butlers Wharf Chop House, whether it’s a corporate dinner, client entertaining or a family celebration, means you can count on great food, great service and, of course, the views!
We have a number of spaces available for hire for events of all shapes and sizes.
The English Country Garden at Butlers Wharf Chophouse BarThis summer our bar and terraces have been transformed into an English Country Garden, complete with lawn, cherry blossom and flowers galore, making it a unique space for all events.
This space can seat up to 50 people or stand 100. In good weather the doors open up to allow access to the long terrace with its magnificent views of Tower Bridge. We have a plasma screen TV available at no extra charge, making this space ideal for breakfast meetings, seated lunches or dinners or a standing canapé party with its own outside space.
We do not charge a room hire just ask for a very competitive minimum spend of £1000 for breakfast, £2000 for lunch and £3000 for dinner (excluding service at 12.5%) to spend on all your food and beverage.
The Restaurant at Butlers Wharf Chop House
The Restaurant at Butlers Wharf Chop House can be hired in full for an exclusive event for up to 150 people seated. Start with your drinks reception in the Bar then move into the airy dining room, with its oak-lined walls and solid Windsor chairs making it modern yet traditionally inspired.
The restaurant can be divided into semi-private sections for events of different sizes. Each section is exclusively yours for the duration of your event and all have the option to hire parts of the terrace between 6pm and 7.30pm for alfresco arrival drinks.
Captain’s Table: 15 guests
This semi-private space, at the far end of the restaurant, seats up to 15 people.
Upper Deck: up to 70 guests over 8 tables
Middle Deck: up to 50 guests over 6 tables
Lower Deck: up to 38 guests over 4 tables
All these spaces are available for hire, subject to a minimum spend.
