Head Chef Martin Kroon's menu offers a subtly modern take on old favourites, such as potted shrimps, steak and kidney pudding, Chop House fish and chips, and traditional roasts. Game season showcases the best on offer. Think hearty British food served in very British surroundings. The dessert menu offers comforting classics, such as sticky toffee pudding, chocolate and walnut brownie, buttermilk ice cream and a British cheeseboard.
