Peller Estates Icewine Dinner

 

On Tuesday 30 April, Butlers Wharf Chop House will be hosting its first wine dinner with the multi award-winning Canadian Icewine producer Peller Estates.

Naturally frozen Vidal grapes are hand harvested by Peller Estates from Niagara-on-the-Lake vineyards at -10°C and grapes are pressed frozen, releasing only one drop of pure extract from each grape.

Expect a wine dinner with a difference. Our head chef Andrew Holmes has created a luxurious three-course menu in partnership with Peller Estates' Winery Restaurant - each course accompanied with a beautifully paired wine. With a fabulous surprise arrival drink to kick off the evening, expect to enjoy dishes such as seared Scottish hand-dived scallops wrapped in pancetta, roast five-spiced Gressingham duck breast with beetroot and cherry, and champagne rhubarb macaroon with Valrhona Grand Cru Ivoire chocolate and vanilla mousse.

The wine dinner is priced at £65 per person and starts at 7.30pm.
