Butlers Wharf Chop House is delighted to introduce new sommelier Morgan Vanderkamer. Morgan is the Chop House’s first dedicated sommelier and will be tasked with overseeing the restaurant’s carefully constructed list of beers and wines including a fine selection of some of the country’s best real ales, ciders and wines.
Morgan, who is currently studying for her Level 3 Advanced with the WSET and hopes to train as a Master Sommelier, joins D&D London from l’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in London. She also worked at Ric’s Grill and ARAXI restaurant in the Canadian resort town of Whistler, British Columbia and for Starbucks, where she got her Coffee Master Certification.
