As we bid farewell to summer, it’s time to enjoy the new season’s finest ingredients. From truffle to game, and in celebration of all things seasonal, we are proud to present The Wild Feast, a chef collaboration dinner at Blueprint Café.
For one night only, the Butlers Wharf Head Chefs; Tony Fleming (Le Pont de la Tour), Behzad Gotla (Butlers Wharf Chop House), and Michele Tricario (Cantina del Ponte) are teaming up to host a three-course feast, showcasing their favourite autumn dishes.
Join us next door at Blueprint Café us on Tuesday 2nd November from 6.30pm and enjoy canapés followed by three courses, each created by a different Head Chef.
Enjoy the likes of Mallard raviolo, braised black cabbage, Alsace bacon, wild blackberry and chestnut sauce from Le Pont de la Tour, Partridge, Guinea fowl, Duck, Quail & Chicken Wellington,, Root terrine ,truffle mustard velouté from The Chop House, and White chocolate “cremoso”,wild berries, mint tip & meringue from Cantina del Ponte!
The evening will be priced at £70 per person and include canapés and a glass of Nyetimber Classic Cuvée to start followed by three courses.
