It’s ‘Game On’ as we enter the Autumn months; the season of the chef, and of course the season of game. We’re celebrating in true chophouse style, with a special Game On Collaboration Dinner alongside Paternoster Chophouse and New Street Grill.
Join us on from 7pm on Thursday 27th October at Paternoster Chophouse for a mighty meaty evening of game and whisky, in partnership with Fettercairn.
All three Head Chefs will each be preparing a canape and a course, celebrating their own unique cooking styles and tastes, whilst incorporating Fettercairn whisky. Enjoy a complimentary welcome cocktail, and then let the team guide you through what you’re eating and drinking. Indulge in Ed-Shazly’s ‘Terrine of Game’, Alexandru-Ionel’s Stuffed saddle of rabbit, braised rabbit leg bon-bon, root vegetable dauphinoise, whisky and rabbit jous and Behzad’s Chocolate and Fettercairn creamux, Fettercairn ice cream, kopi luwak coffee caramel as well as a selection of canapes to start, and petit four to finish.
Tickets will be priced at £75 per person, and a wine pairing menu can be purchased on the evening at an additional cost of £25.
